CXC PolyCotton Embroidery threads are a great alternative to DMC and other more well known brands.  Whilst significantly cheaper the quality is, in my opinion, on a par with DMC.

I use AMO and CXC exclusively now and do not suffer with colour runs, fades, knots and tangles and am happy to recommend our CXC PolyCotton Embroidery threads.

Polycotton threads are a mix of cotton and polyester which makes them strong and hard wearing and the big attraction is their cost.  CXC PolyCotton Embroidery threads are not as biodegradable so please take care when disposing of waste threads

We have several pre-picked sets for you from 50 skeins up to the full 447 set.  We cannot accept colour requests on this listing.

In the sets you will receive one skein per standard colour.  The colours are a good match for DMC colours so can easily be used as an alternative and they are numbered the same so no conversion required.

All the standard DMC shades are numbered between 150-3866, and then there is blanc, ecru and b5200.
