Sometimes called tops or roving our Merino wool is versatile and can be used for 2D and 3D needle felting and also wet felting.

Our Merino wool is 19mic consistency which makes it easier to needle felt than the finer options due to its slightly firmer feel

.It is sold in long lengths with all the fibres running in the same direction thus giving its smooth appearance. The beauty of merino is that you have the option to use the wool either carded (mess up the fibres by hand) or in its longer and smoother state.
